Refund Policy
REFUNDS, RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
Due to the nature of the products we sell, we do not accept any returns. Products are verified for functionality before they are shipped out. All refused packages are subject to a 50% restocking fee on top of our incurred shipping costs.
Please make sure to verify your address before confirming order. If there is any unit number, Apartment # must be added. Once the order is placed we are unable to change or edit your address. The parcel will be shipped to the address provided. If the parcel comes back then our standard policy of refusal of the parcel will apply.
Orders are generally shipped within three days. Once the order is shipped there is no way we can cancel this. We try our best to accommodate cancellation in due time, but it can’t be canceled if it has already been shipped. If you initiate a cancellation before shipping via phone call, a processing fee incurred won’t be refunded and will be the buyer’s responsibility.
If Dildos Only cancels your order for any reason a full refund will be issued.
Because of the intimate nature of the items we sell, we are unable to return or exchange purchased toys and products unless they are defective. This is for the health, safety, and peace of mind of our customers. Any item designed to come into contact with any body part or fluid is non-returnable and non-resalable. Once these items leave our warehouse, they are considered used, and therefore cannot be returned.
This includes:
- Vibrators And Dildos
- Anal Toys, Beads, and Plugs
- Lubes, massage oils.
What do I do if an item is defective?
- If an item is found to be defective within 30 days of purchase, we will replace it with the same item. Please contact us to let us know of the issue.
